Site Manager to be locked down beginning July 2; expect minor changes within the site structure

Due to the large volume of users entering content simultaneously within Site Manager, we will be periodically locking down the system over the next few months for site structure review and maintenance. This will ensure that the site structure is properly aligned as we progress with content migration. The first “lock-down” will occur from July 2 to 6. During this time, you will be unable to enter content in Site Manager.

Following the lock-down, you may notice minor changes in site structure. As we conduct our periodic reviews, we will likely find the need to make subtle adjustments to the layout of content to ensure it correctly aligns with our overall site structure. Any major changes will be communicated to a department’s content moderator(s) and owner.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and we ask all users to please plan accordingly.

We thank you for your ongoing content migration efforts and we appreciate your participation as well as your ongoing patience with the project. If you have any questions, please direct them to or call 446.7070.
